Shipping policy
We use USPS for shipping unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. We ship out our items as quickly as possible, usually within the two business days of your order, unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. We use the most economically feasible shipping method to get your items to you safely and keep prices as low as possible, unless you request and pay for an upgraded option.Â
We ship all orders with tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking indicates that the package was delivered to your address. Please make sure you have a safe place to receive your packages. Packages can always be held for you at the post office, this is something you can set up for yourself locally. Sometimes packages are marked by USPS as delivered in error. If your package has been marked as delivered but cannot be found, these are the steps we require before we will consider a replacement-
1. Double check that the address you gave us was accurate.
2. Wait two business days to see if it was marked as delivered in error and arrives. This does happen.Â
3. Contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 . You will need to specifically have them confirm via GPS that the package was delivered to your address. We will need the name of the agent you spoke to and the reference number.Â
4. File a police report. We will need the name of the police department responding, the officer taking the report and the case number.Â
5. Contact us with all of the required information.Â
If all these steps are followed and we have all the required information, we will *consider* replacing the item or a substitution if the item is no longer in stock. We will consider this on a case by case basis. We will not issue refunds for stolen items. If USPS or the carrier delivering the item has legitimately lost it (meaning it was never delivered) this does fall on us to either replace or refund, your choice. However time is needed to make this determination and we appreciate your patience.Â
We cannot be held responsible for an address that you entered incorrectly. Our shipping labels are generated and printed automatically using information that you entered while placing your order. Please double check to make sure your address is correct.Â
